Description
Hokkaido Melon Bread is what I think the sign said...not too sure...Anyways, melon bread that is made to look like a cantaloupe! It had a crispy cookie crust. The bread is soft, and the center wasn't too sweet. You can taste the hint of cantaloupe in the filling. I haven't posted anything in my gallery in years so here is a relevant photo I took this summer while I was in Japan.
